Through our journey, we wish to raise enough money to make a considerable donation to a local charity. Our hope is to help educate children, and the community, about their everyday impact on the environment. By raising awareness of the thru-hiking experience we can encourage others to explore the wilderness while developing their own personal relationship with nature. Even if it is only a weekend at a time.
